As CEO, I oversee day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of AffordaTax Biz-in-a-Box, Inc. I formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth of the company, in addition to managing daily operations of leaders in each department. One of my most important responsibilities is to measure progress and ensure departmental leaders adjust internal processes so our platform continues to contribute to the highest level of success of the tax preparers that use the AffordaTax platform.
